02. Technical Architecture & Decisions
Building with Next.js allowed me to lean entirely on the next/image pipeline, aggressively managing WebP compression and intrinsic aspect ratios. The resulting sub-second Largest Contentful Paint (LCP) gave prospective tenants an immediate, premium visual experience.
