01. Problems Solved

The primary challenge was organizing huge, vastly different data structures safely—displaying quick home repair bookings alongside complex, long-term international corporate recruitment services—without overwhelming the user. Simultaneously, it required elite Core Web Vitals to aggressively capture the #1 spot on Google.

02. Technical Decisions

I adopted a pure React.js stack enhanced by TypeScript to strictly manage the varied UI state demands safely. Supabase was introduced to bypass backend bottlenecks, instantly unlocking a scalable, Postgres-backed infrastructure for service catalogs. Combining Cloudinary's dynamic asset optimization with Framer Motion gave the application a highly polished, interactive feel without sacrificing the crucial load speeds necessary for top-tier Google rankings.

The Challenge

Arena Global Manpower operates as a highly scalable on-demand service platform, providing users with instant access to verified manpower and service professionals. The platform categorizes a massive array of services—ranging from domestic needs like AC repair, painting, demolition, carpentry, and electrical work, directly up to enterprise tier services such as international and domestic recruitment, Visa processing, HR & payroll, factory workers, hospitality staff, and IT hiring. Built with React and TypeScript, powered by Supabase, and leveraging Cloudinary for media, it is meticulously engineered to rank #1 on Google while delivering a flawless, app-like experience across all devices.

My Strategy

  • Architected a scalable frontend using React.js and TypeScript, managing complex categorizations of domestic to enterprise-level services.
  • Integrated a Supabase backend to handle real-time service data, user bookings, and large-scale recruitment profiles.
  • Optimized the media delivery pipeline utilizing Cloudinary to ensure lightning-fast loading speeds despite heavy visual assets.
  • Engineered advanced, semantic on-page SEO and strict performance audits that propelled the platform to a #1 Google search ranking.
  • Designed fluid, trust-building UI/UX animations using Framer Motion to guide users smoothly through the booking and hiring funnels.
