01. Web Development Problems Solved
The legacy PHP platform was sluggish due to heavy unoptimized database queries and monolithic architecture, which hurt international lead generation. I needed to modernize the data flow while preserving their #1 SEO ranking in a highly competitive market.
02. Technical Architecture & Decisions
I chose Next.js to leverage robust Server-Side Rendering (SSR) for strict SEO preservation. Moving from PHP to TypeScript guaranteed type safety across complex data models, and Tailwind CSS empowered a performant, custom dark-themed UI.

RealEstateSaudi.com was transformed from a WordPress site into a high-performance, dark-themed real estate platform. It serves as a one-stop-shop for international buyers and sellers interested in the Saudi property market. The project involved a complete UI/UX overhaul, implementation of complex profile systems for individuals and companies, agent management, and integrated consultation booking.
