01. Problems Solved
The agency was leaking operational capital using disjointed SaaS tools for payroll, CRM tracking, and employee project management. Data silos made administrative auditing extremely inaccurate.
02. Technical Decisions
I architected a completely custom MERN-stack dashboard to act as their monolithic source of truth. Robust MongoDB schema mapping, wrapped securely behind Node.js authentication middleware, ensures enterprise-grade RBAC across their hundreds of proprietary tickets and workflows.
The Challenge
SyncMaster is a comprehensive, full-stack business management platform. It integrates essential modules like HRM (Attendance, Salary, Leave, Termination), Integrated CRM, Finance & Payroll, Asset Management, and Operation Management. The platform features an advanced project tracking system with Jira-like functionality, ticket management, and deep operational insights.
My Strategy
- Architected and developed the full-stack architecture using the MERN stack.
- Implemented attendance tracking with 'Punch-in/Punch-out' for remote work synchronization.
- Developed end-to-end HRMS modules including Leave, Salary Slip Generation, and Department Management.
- Integrated CRM and Finance modules for unified business tracking.
- Built a Jira-inspired project and ticket management system for efficient task tracking.
